Auction Facts
We proudly announce St. Anne’s 27th annual Two Night Auction – Treasures. This festive fundraiser brings together 300 parents, parishioners and their families and friends with one thing in mind – the future of St. Anne School and the surrounding community.

Why are we asking for your help?
All funds raised go to the school to maintain our vision of educational excellence and to provide financial aid to students who would otherwise be unable to attend the school. Your support is invaluable as we head into our 85th year of educating students on Queen Anne Hill.

When is the St. Anne Auction?
The St. Anne Auction takes place every year for the past 27 years the first weekend in May. The Auction is a two-night event and festivities include the following:

On Friday night we have:

• A family night where all are welcome and admission is free.
• A children’s program for the younger kids in Pre-K and Kindergarten grades, where they can have fun while the adults are bidding during the live auction!
• Bingo for the older kids!
• Two fantastic silent auctions and a live auction where the auctioneer will get the crowd going in a game show atmosphere. The live auction will include, experiences, group dinners, and sought after trips.
• A “family style” after party featuring the 6th grade dad’s band: American Standard!

On Saturday night we have:

• A gala auction for adults with admission at $75 per person
• For the first time, we will offer the opportunity to purchase a table of 10 at an upgraded price of $2,000.00. The purchaser’s benefits will include such things as priority seating, upgraded specialty beverages and verbal recognition at the auction.
• A gourmet meal with reserved seating, open bar, and specialty drinks designed by our Principal and Vice Principal
• Three silent auctions and a live auction featuring hundreds of quality items, experiences, group dinners, and sought after trips as well as our famous Class Art Projects where each class is charged with creating something to sell in the auction. These items have sold in the range of $500 - $15,000!
• An after party featuring a DJ, dancing, and Dick’s Cheeseburgers!
