What is St. Anne School’s Fund-An-Item Campaign?
Each year during the live portion of the auction on both Friday and Saturday evenings, guests have the opportunity to help provide St. Anne School with enhancements to the school that might otherwise go unfunded. From computer laptop carts to a climbing wall, new sports uniforms to interactive whiteboards, guests have generously supported the school through their fund-an-item donations.

Where do the Overall Auction Funds Go?
• The money raised helps keep the cost of tuition stable
• Much needed funds help us to continue with our vision of educational excellence. We have specialists in the areas of art, Spanish, drama and music. In addition to our quality core curriculum.

Fund an Item
Contribute funds to an item that is the annual “fund an item”. In the past these items have consisted of construction of a rock climbing wall, soccer uniforms, and Smart Boards for the classrooms. In every instance the “fund an item” is always something that enhances the environment of St. Anne’s School and is a great benefit to the students.

This year our focus is both global and scientific, with a bit of technology:

• Our children need updated Social Studies Books – the total cost is $20,000.
• Our library, used each and every day by our students – needs updating and automating.  Our children are avid readers and our library is key to having literature at their fingertips - the cost is $5,000.
• Our science lab needs microscopes and heating elements.  For those of you who attended the science fair, you saw firsthand the creativity and the depth of our science program – this is definitely an area to support and foster - the cost is $6,000.
• Our Smart Boards have proven to be so effective; we would like to add scanners to increase their value - the cost is $3,000.
• Finally, our school has wonderful bulletin boards that feature our child artists.  In creating these boards, we utilize a letter machine – we have worn out the letters!  Let’s get some new ones - the cost is $500.

As parents we understand the value of the return on the investment we make in our children's education, and that is why we are at St Anne's.  We want to prepare our children for all the future holds by giving them all of the tools and skills they will need to succeed.  These children are our future – our future parishioners, employers, leaders in our community and parents.  Each of us benefits when our children are successful.
