Auction Facts
We proudly announce St. Anne’s 26th annual Two Night
Auction – 007 in 2007.
This festive fundraiser brings together 300 parents, parishioners
and their families and friends with one thing in mind –
the future of St. Anne School and the surrounding community.
Why are we asking for your help?
All funds raised go to the school to maintain our vision of
educational excellence and to provide financial aid to students
who would otherwise be unable to attend the school. Your support
is invaluable as we head into our 84th year of educating students
on Queen Anne Hill.
Auction Facts:
The St. Anne Auction takes place every year for the past 26
years the first weekend in May. In 2007, it will be May 4th
and May 5th. The Auction is a 2 night event and festivities
include the following:
On Friday night we have:
• A family night where admission is free and
all are welcome
• A family style Bar B Q with open seating with a nominal
fee to cover the cost of food and beverage
• A children’s program where kids can have fun
while the adults are bidding during the live auction!
• A “Dad’s Band” performing
• Three silent auctions and a live auction featuring
hundreds of quality items, experiences, group dinners, and
sought after trips.
On Saturday night we have:
• A gala auction for adults
and admission is $65 per person ($75 per person if you RSVP after April 20th)
• A gourmet plated 3-course meal on Saturday with reserved
seating, open bar both nights, Specialty drinks designed by
our Principal and Vice Principal
• A VIP table where the Chairs from the previous auction
decorate a table that was purchased the previous year as the
VIP table. Those guests are given special themed gifts and
upgraded wines.
• Three silent auctions and a live auction featuring
hundreds of quality items, experiences, group dinners, and
sought after trips as well as our famous Class Art Projects
where each class is charged with creating something to sell
in the auction. These items have sold in the range of $500
- $15,000!
• An after party featuring music, dancing, surprises
and Dick’s Cheeseburgers!
